Our work spans Thane, Andheri and Versova — three of Mumbai's most dynamic and well-connected addresses. Each project is a deliberate response to its setting.
On Ghodbunder Road in Thane, we are building a landmark residential tower with podium-level amenities and dedicated parking levels — a vertical neighbourhood designed for the city's growing western corridor. At Oshiwara in Andheri, our mixed-use development pairs a curated commercial podium with floors of refined residences, bringing a new standard to one of Mumbai's most sought-after micro-markets. On Yari Road in Versova, an eighteen-storey tower brings the calm of the coast to the city's creative quarter.
